Billings motorcyclist killed in late-night crash

A Billings man is dead and another was apprehended by the police after a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred earlier in the month near the town of Laurel. The 40-year-old man died when his motorcycle was rammed by a car on Old Highway 10 East. The man had been driving near East Maryland Lane at the time of the accident, according to authorities.

Billings woman dies in roundabout crash

A 69-year-old Billings man drove the wrong way through a West End roundabout, killing one woman and injuring a man in a late-morning car accident recently. Police officers reported that the driver, who was operating a Lexus SUV, was driving south on Shiloh Road when he veered into oncoming traffic. The man continued to drive on the wrong side of the road as he entered the roundabout, located at Grand Avenue.

Montana shooting victim's family files civil suit

Family members of a Montana youth killed during a hunting accident have filed a wrongful death suit against the boy's hunting partners, according to recently released reports. The deceased, from Malta, Montana, was killed in a field northwest of the town on Oct. 23, 2010. He was 16 years old when he died, according to officials.
